As the shipping costs are calculated using the shipping address, your exact cost of shipping will be provided after you enter these details during the checkout process. You will have the option of canceling the purchase after viewing the shipping costs, and before the transaction is completed.
Postage Discount - Save on Postage
Combined Postage discounts are available when buying more than one item. Combined postage discount will automatically be applied when you are checking out with multiple items.

In most regions of the world, you will have a number of shipping options available. These include Airmail, Sea mail and Express Post International. Each option has a different cost associated with it, and suited to a particular type of parcel.
Orders to Australian destinations are shipped by Australia Post parcel post or express post delivery. Larger items are also sent via our courier Star Track Express. Postage times within Australia take approximately 1 to 7 days. Postage to all Australian destinations is calculated by weight.
On-line orders purchased via Money Order will remain valid for 7 days and will be cancelled if payment is not received within this time. For money order or bank cheque payments, please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing.
Care and Handling
Items are packed with durable strength custom made packaging to protect the items inside from the journey to you. Items are checked prior to packing and handled with great care, while making sure that each item is guaranteed to be dispatched in perfect condition. Wild Earth Australia is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods whilst in transit; however in some instances we may be able to assist in claims from the freight company if certain conditions are met.

Important Shipping Information
We endeavor to process and dispatch orders promptly and efficiently. The shipping time guides provided on this website are quoted by Australia Post and indicate approximate shipping times only - they are not guaranteed delivery times. Australian Hats cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destinations. This includes, but is not limited to: delays with any nominated carriers or carrier agents/representatives, delays in customs processing and clearance, delays resulting from industrial strikes/protests/wars/natural disasters.
For international orders over $100 AUD you have the option of purchasing insurance with your parcel. Insurance provides compensation in the event of parcel loss or damage. Australian Hats will provide assistance in locating any delayed or missing parcels, however we will not be held responsible for uninsured parcels declared lost by the postal service. Uninsured parcels with a value less than $100 AUD cannot be investigated.
Delays in Delivery Australia Post will commence an investigation to find a parcel if goods are not received within the following timeframes:
Air Mail - 30 business days from the date of dispatch
Sea Mail - 3 months from the date of dispatch
Import Tax/Duty
The payment of any customs duty/import tax is the responsibility of the purchaser. On request, we will provide information, where available, on importing our products to your chosen country.

Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange, provide store credit or refund items in new, unused and original condition within 14 days of receiving the goods. Any product/tickets swing tags and packaging must be returned with the goods. We do not accept returns after 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. The customer must contact us first to discuss the return. Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return and/or the items for which you would like to exchange.
We will not provide a refund if:
- You cannot supply proof of purchase.
- The customer simply changes their mind.
- The goods have been damaged after the purchase. Please note: this may be covered by warranty and the goods may be repaired or replaced.
- Found the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else
Special Order Items
Products that are specially ordered non-stock items or custom made to special order cannot be exchanged/refunded.
Warranty claims
Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. On your behalf we will assist to repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the customer. If the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange or store credit. Refunds are not granted on warranty claims.
Please note, some manufacturers warranties are for replacement and not repair.
We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty not an Australian Hats warranty. If the product is damaged or incorrect upon receiving your postage will be refunded.
